This program is designed, to establish proper technique,
teaching the fundamental skills. Using a progressive, teaching

STICK
HANDLING & SHOOTING CENTRE
This program is designed to increase power and accuracy of your
puck skills! Wrist shot, backhand, slap shot, flip shot, snap shot,
trick shots, breakaways, passing and stick handling. click here
CHECKING
CLINICS
Designed to instruct the player safe and effective ways to give
and receive a body check. Sessions would include instruction
on the following techniques: Rub out, open-ice hits, angling,
hitting with both shoulders & pinning. These sessions are
ideal for the Pee Wee and Bantam aged player.
COACHING
CLINICS
This program is designed to assist Coaches with practice
planning, dry-land training, game tactics and organizational
skills, 1.5hr classroom and 1hr optional on-ice. Please call for cost & schedule

HIGH
PERFORMANCE
Take your game to the next
level! An advanced, high tempo program, designed for
the elite players to develop maximum speed, quickness, power,
balance and agility. Players will improve their strength, mobility,
and conditioning, skating, shooting, passing skills and game
tactics.

DRY-LAND/OFF- ICE
PROGRAMS
This program is 1-2 times per week, 1hr sessions, to increase
the player’s conditioning, core, balance, quick feet, agility &
flexibility.
NUTRITION
SEMINAR
This program is a 1hr seminar; meal preparation for practices,
games and tournament play. They will learn the importance of
healthy eating habits, macronutrient ratios, hydration, and
supplements.
VIDEO
ANALYSIS
This program is designed to provide you an evaluation of your
team and individual play. We will attend your practice and/or game
and video your play, provide you feedback and a plan for your skill
development.
